A key element to my service is enabling clients to manage their own online presence.
Some people take to it like a duck to water, and only use me going forward to help me with the technical bits that they’re not familiar with.
Some people need a bit more training, perhaps because they haven’t had as much experience with information communications technology in any shape or form, and I am available long-term to answer questions via email, phone or skype after our initial training / handover session.
Managing your own website isn’t for everybody though, and I act as web-master for several sites, making sure content is updated as and when it needs to be.
My clients like the fact that they can contact me if anything goes wrong with their website and I’ll put it right again as quickly as possible (normally I’m pretty quick!).
